Welcome to Cardjutsu. Cardjutsu (cardjutsu.com, the "Site") is operated by Rift Emporium LLC ("Rift Emporium"). Cardjutsu is a DBA (doing business as) of Rift Emporium LLC and is part of the Rift Emporium family of curated card marketplaces. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "we", "us", "Cardjutsu", and "our" refer to Rift Emporium LLC doing business as Cardjutsu. We offer the Site, including all information, tools, and services available from the Site (the "Services"), to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated below.

By visiting our Site and/or by accepting these Terms of Service upon checkout when purchasing products via the Services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

0. Our Role in Transactions — Platform Mediation

Cardjutsu operates a curated, multi-seller marketplace. While individual sellers fulfill orders and set their own prices, Cardjutsu is actively involved in every transaction through the following mechanisms:

• Seller vetting. Every seller is manually approved by our team after a mandatory video onboarding meeting. Listings are subject to ongoing moderation.
• Payment custody. All payments are collected by Cardjutsu on the seller's behalf. Funds are not released to sellers until shipping (and, for new sellers, delivery) is confirmed.
• Dispute mediation. When a buyer files a report, Cardjutsu administrators have full visibility into the case from the moment it is opened. If the seller fails to respond, mishandles the dispute, or behaves unprofessionally, Cardjutsu will step in directly — including issuing refunds, providing replacements from other sellers, or covering the cost itself via Platform Settlement.
• Buyer Protection. Every order is backed by our Buyer Protection program (see Buyers Tab, Section 1). You are never "on your own" if a seller goes silent or refuses to remedy a valid issue.
• Enforcement. We can withhold seller payouts, force refunds, revoke seller status, and ban accounts. Sellers contractually agree to abide by our final dispute determinations.

The limitation-of-liability clauses elsewhere in these Terms (which are legally required) do not relieve Cardjutsu of these operational commitments. They limit our exposure to indirect, consequential, and speculative damages — they do not nullify the Buyer Protection process described in the Buyers Tab.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for your own communications, including the transmission, uploading, or posting of information to the Site and are responsible for the consequences of such communications. Any other use of the Site requires the prior written consent of Cardjutsu.

You may not otherwise copy, modify, or distribute the contents of this Site without our prior written consent. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer of, sell, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content found on the Site, in whole or in part.

We specifically prohibit any use of the Site for the following purposes:

• Posting, communicating, or transmitting material that infringes on any intellectual property, publicity, or privacy right of another person or entity
• Engaging in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct
• Posting information which is untrue, inaccurate, or not your own
• Using or attempting to use another user's account without authorization
• Using the Site in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Site and Services
• Engaging in conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability
• Attempting to interfere with the Site's network security or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system
• Having more than one account per individual user

You may not use spiders, robots, data mining techniques, or other automated devices or programs to catalog, download, or otherwise reproduce, store, or distribute content available on the Site without express written consent.

2. Age Requirement

The Site is not targeted toward or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you (a) are 18 years of age or older, (b) have not been previously suspended or removed from the Site, (c) do not have more than one Cardjutsu account, and (d) have full power and authority to enter into these Terms. If not yet 18, you may only use the Services with the monitoring of your parent or guardian, who must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Fraud Protection

As part of our order processing procedures, we may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity, cancel any accounts, or refuse to ship to certain addresses.

4. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for Services and any products made available through the Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice. Cardjutsu reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to: (i) limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; (ii) impose conditions on the honoring of any coupon or promotional code; (iii) bar any user from making or completing any transactions; and (iv) refuse to provide any user with any product or service.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

When you purchase any product or service made available through the Site (each, a "Transaction"), you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your Transactions and contact you as needed. You may only have one account per individual user.

7. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

8. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you send us any submissions — creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials — you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, pay compensation for any comments, or respond to them.

9. Privacy Policy

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information (name, email address, shipping address, billing information)
• Transaction data (purchase history, order details, payment information)
• Usage data (browsing history on our Site, search queries, device information)
• Communications (messages between buyers and sellers, customer support interactions)

We use your information to process transactions, communicate with you, improve our Services, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Data Retention and Security

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest. You have the right to access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our Site — essential cookies required for Site functionality, analytics cookies to understand usage patterns, and preference cookies to remember your settings. 12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cardjutsu (Rift Emporium LLC) or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Cardjutsu. Game names, card names, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners and are used on this Site for identification purposes only.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.

14. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (h) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service and all products delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available", without representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind. In no case shall Cardjutsu (Rift Emporium LLC), our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cardjutsu (Rift Emporium LLC) and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service.

18. Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive termination. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our Services. We may also terminate these Terms at any time without notice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.

20. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

21. Wallet & Store Credit

Cardjutsu maintains an in-platform Wallet that holds store credit issued by refunds, promotional grants, or admin adjustments. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value outside the Platform, cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, and is usable only toward purchases on Cardjutsu. Store credit issued as a refund for a paid order may, at the buyer's option and where supported, be redirected back to the original payment method instead. Store credit is not a deposit, security, or stored-value instrument. Balances may be adjusted by administrators to correct errors, reverse fraudulent activity, or comply with legal obligations. Unused store credit expires on account closure.

22. Reviews & Reputation

Buyers may leave ratings and written reviews for sellers they have transacted with. Reviews must be honest, based on a verified purchase, and free of profanity, personal attacks, doxxing, or content unrelated to the transaction. Cardjutsu reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards or are tied to refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders. Sellers may not retaliate against reviewers; doing so is a violation of seller conduct rules.

23. Communications & Notifications

By using the Site you consent to receive transactional emails relating to your account, orders, reports, and payouts. Marketing emails are optional and may be unsubscribed at any time. Critical security and order-related notifications cannot be disabled while your account is active. The Platform also operates in-app messaging between buyers and sellers, and a direct chat channel between users and Cardjutsu administrators for support and dispute matters; all such communications are logged and may be reviewed by administrators for safety, policy enforcement, and dispute resolution.
